We've been on the lookout for a worthy successor to our last offering of Wild. This time, we have another fruit-dried coffee from Indonesia, but this time it's from the island of Java. This lot doesn't need to be cofermented to have all of those super punchy tropical fruit notes we look for, all of that funk comes from the good, old-fashioned natural fermentation of the coffee cherry. This is definitely one you won't want to miss out on!

Smells like fruit wine fermentation. Tastes like it as well. Very balanced with wild fruit up front. So much flavor that punches your taste buds. If you like wild flavors you’ll enjoy this. Great job on the roast 👏
I purchased what I was thinking that it would’ve been a wild coffee roast, but it was no better than the blend that I used to buy. I used to think that cirque had great coffee and it was extremely. Flavorful but I felt like this was definitely a letdown.
I didn’t finish the rest of my beans I end up throwing them out. Wasn’t gonna say anything, but I got an email requesting a review so that’s my honest feedback.
