After having a washed Ethiopian on deck for a hot minute, we decided to change things up a bit and circled around to an origin we haven’t offered in years. This time around, we selected an excellent coffee from the Ribang Gayo Musara Cooperative of Sumatra. This one’s a natural process, and a damn good one at that. Expect a boozy, fruity flavor profile with your next cup of Wild!

Smells like fruit wine fermentation. Tastes like it as well. Very balanced with wild fruit up front. So much flavor that punches your taste buds. If you like wild flavors you’ll enjoy this. Great job on the roast 👏
I purchased what I was thinking that it would’ve been a wild coffee roast, but it was no better than the blend that I used to buy. I used to think that cirque had great coffee and it was extremely. Flavorful but I felt like this was definitely a letdown.
I didn’t finish the rest of my beans I end up throwing them out. Wasn’t gonna say anything, but I got an email requesting a review so that’s my honest feedback.
