Shipping policy
At Cirque, we roast coffee daily from Monday to Friday. Our goal is to ship coffees that are 1–7 days off roast, ensuring they have time to degas and reach their flavor peak by the time they arrive to you.
Please allow up to 2 business days for your order to be roasted, packaged, and shipped.

Shipping Notes:

USPS orders may require one additional day of processing due to early local pickup times.

UPS Ground orders typically ship on the same day they are processed.
Delays and Carrier Responsibility
Once your order has been transferred to the carrier, delivery speed is no longer within our control.
Delays may occur due to weather, holidays, labor shortages, or other factors beyond our reach. Cirque Coffee cannot guarantee shipping times once the carrier has possession of your package.
If your order is delayed, missing, or damaged, please contact the carrier first. If you are unable to resolve the issue, reach out to us and we’ll do our best to help.
Freshness Guidelines
We package and seal our coffee immediately after roasting to preserve flavor and aroma.
For best results:

Allow 5–7 days after roast before brewing to let the coffee degas.

Enjoy your coffee within 5–30 days of the roast date for peak flavor.

Store at room temperature and away from sunlight.

Once opened, it’s best to enjoy your coffee within 2–3 weeks.
Our packaging helps maintain reasonable freshness for several months, but flavor naturally diminishes over time.
