While we don't have much info about this coffee from the importers, we have gleaned quite a lot of flavor profiling and and tad of origin information.

This intriguing geisha is imported through Cereza Coffee from Estate Finca Bruselas. Lucila Parra runs the operations and has a degree in agronomy. She is truly leading the way for women coffee producers all across Colombia, and you can taste it in her coffee.

This coffee is quite different than what you would expect from a geisha profile, but while unexpected, it is a gem of flavors hardly found in coffee at all. Immediately the aroma is sweet and soft, like peaches. The first sip takes an unexpected turn heading towards honeydew melon land, incredible juiciness greets you at the start, but tinged with a green apple like acidity. The finish ends with light herbal tea, agave nectar, and a reminder of that honeydew melon at the beginning.

Such a coffee to be experienced, you don't want to miss out on this one. We got a limited amount, get er' while she hot!
