While not a ton of information is out there right now for this coffee, we do have details: 

Fermentation: 24 hours dry, washing, 12 hours dry before washing and final soaking

Drying: Skin beds for 12-24 hours before raised bed drying up to 10 days

This coffee is really special to the entire staff of Cirque for good reason. This complex Kenya is bursting with juiciness, wonderful grapefruit citrus (what you would love to expect from a Kenya), and then finishes with incredible floral complexity. Rose comes forth the most, pairing perfectly with the citrus and taking this classic Kenya to new heights of complexity that we have never experienced in another coffee from this origin.
